That Report PLAN2026-009, Application to Amend the Village of Fenelon Falls Zoning By-law 89-25 at 14 Francis Street East, Fenelon Falls – JANS Group Inc. , be received; That a Zoning By-law Amendment respecting application D06-2025-022, substantially in the form attached as Appendix D to Report PLAN2026-009, be approved and adopted by Council; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the documents required by the approval of this application.

That Report PLAN2026-010, Application to Amend the Township of Somerville Zoning By-law 78-45 at 87 Nevison Drive, Norland - Meunier , be received for information.

That Report ENG2026-002, Assumption of Cameron Estates Subdivision , be received; That the Assumption of Cameron Estates Subdivision, Geographic Township of Fenelon, City of Kawartha Lakes, be approved; That an Assumption By-Law, substantially in the form attached as Appendix A to Report ENG2026-002 be approved and adopted by Council; and That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute any documents and agreements required by the approval of this application.
