That the "Housing and Homelessness Strategy - Update Presentation" by Michelle Corley, be received for information

That the "Human Services Department Budget Presentation" by Cheryl Faber, be received for information; and That the 2026 Draft Budget presented move forward to be presented at City and County Councils.

That the minutes of the May 21, 2025 Joint Social and Housing Services Advisory Committee meeting be adopted as circulated.

That the minutes of the July 15, 2025 Joint Social and Housing Services Advisory Committee Ad-Hoc meeting be adopted as circulated.

That Report JAC2025-15, “Gull River Affordable Housing Project Update”, be received; and That Committee members support the staff recommendation to County of Haliburton Council seeking amended rent supplement support to annually subsidize up to 29 households at the Gull River affordable housing project, commencing within the 2027 operating budget.

That the Joint Social and Housing Services Advisory Committee convene into closed session in order to consider matters on the Wednesday, September 17, 2025 Closed Session Agenda and that are permitted to be discussed in a session closed to the public pursuant to Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001. S.25.

That the Co-Chair called the meeting to adjourn at 4:15 p.m.
