Environmental Advisory Committee

That the agenda be approved with the addition of Item 5.4 - Bird Friendly Update.

That the minutes of the Environmental Advisory Committee Meeting of May 7, 2026, be adopted as presented.

That the July 2, 2026 CKLEAC meeting agenda be expanded to include motion that a Staff report to Council be prepared for budget requests for Bird Friendly and Pollinator Action projects.

That the Committee adopt the Closed Session Agenda.

That the Environmental Advisory Committee convene into Closed Session at 4:07 p.m. pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001 s.25, in order to consider matters identified in Section 6.3 of the Environmental Advisory Committee Meeting of June 11, 2026, namely Item 6.3.1.

That the team members for the Pollinator Action Team be approved.

That the team members for the Bird Friendly Kawartha Lakes Team be approved.

That CKLEAC come out of the Closed Session.

That Staff be directed to send a report to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and City Council with the recommendations of the Closed Session.

That the meeting was adjourned at 4:28 p.m.
