Staff Liaison called for the nominations for the position of Chair. Doug Erlandson was nominated. The Staff Liaison called a second time for nominations for the position of Chair. The Staff Liaison called for a third and final time for nominations for the position of Chair. The Staff Liaison declared nominations for the position of Chair for the Kawartha Lakes Airport Advisory Committee closed. Each nominated person was asked if he wished to let his name stand for Chair of the Committee. The Staff Liaison declared Doug Erlandson as Chair of the Kawartha Lakes Airport Advisory Committee. The Chair assumed the Chair and conducted the nominations for Vice Chair.

Chair called for the nominations for the position of Vice-Chair. Mark Moore was nominated. The Chair called a second time for nominations for the position of Vice-Chair. The Chair called for a third and final time for nominations for the position of Vice-Chair. The Chair declared nominations for the position of Vice-Chair for the Kawartha Lakes Airport Advisory Committee closed. Each nominated person was asked if he wished to let his name stand for Vice-Chair of the Committee. The Chair declared Mark Moore as Vice-Chair of the Kawartha Lakes Airport Advisory Committee.

That the agenda be adopted as circulated.

That the minutes of the Airport Advisory Committee meeting held on November 15, 2021, be adopted as circulated.

That the Manager's report, be received.

That the 2021 Operational Budget review, be received.

That the 2021 Capital Budget review, be received.

That the 2022 Operating Budget, be received; and That Kawartha Lakes Airport Advisory Committee is supportive of the proposed 2022 Operating Budget as presented, and recommends that staff proceed with submitting the proposal for Council’s consideration.

That the Airport Advisory Committee Meeting adjourn at 3:30 p.m.
