That Report KLMHC2023-005, Repeal and Replacement of By-law – 1590 Elm Tree Road, Geographic Township of Ops , be received; That the repeal and replacement of By-laws 2022-082 and 2022-109 be endorsed; and That this recommendation be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-007, Objection to the Listing of Property – 12 Helen Street, Fenelon Falls , be received; That 12 Helen Street, Fenelon Falls be removed from the Heritage Register; and That this recommendation be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-008, Objection to the Listing of Property – 189 County Road 49, Geographic Township of Verulam , be received; That 189 County Road 49 be removed from the Heritage Register; and That this recommendation be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-009, Municipal Heritage Committee Subcommittees , be received.

That a Heritage Conservation District Subcommittee be formed.

That a subcommittee be formed to investigate potential options for the future of the Old Mill.

That a Community Outreach Subcommittee be formed to discuss and plan events and outreach.

That a subcommittee be formed to review the Heritage Register and advise on designation priorities.

That Report KLMHC2023-006, Summary of Changes to the Ontario Heritage Act through Bill 23, be received; That the presentation from staff regarding Bill 23 be received; and That the identified strategic priorities regarding the implementation of the bill be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-002, 2023 Meeting Dates, be received; That the meeting dates for 2023 be approved.

That Report KLMHC2023-004, Listing of 499 Fenel Road, Geographic Township of Fenelon, be received; That the listing of the property on the City’s Heritage Register be endorsed; and That this recommendation be forwarded to Council for approval.
