That Report VMC2023-02, “Victoria Manor 2023-2024 Quality Improvement Plan”, be received and approved; and That the Chair of the Victoria Manor Committee of Management be authorized to sign the Quality Improvement Plan for submission to Ontario Health once finalized.

That Report VMC2023-03, “Long Term Care Service Accountability Agreement (LSAA) Annual Declaration of Compliance”, be received; and That the Chair of the Victoria Manor Committee of Management be authorized to sign the declaration as attached.

That Report VMC2023-04, “2022 Victoria Manor Resident Satisfaction Survey”, be received.

That Report VMC2023-05, “2022 Victoria Manor Family Satisfaction Survey”, be received.

That the March 20, 2023 Memorandum - 002 from Pamela Kulas, regarding Ministry of Health Inspection, be received.

That the Victoria Manor Committee of Management convene into closed session in order to consider matters on the Monday, March 20, 2023 Closed Session Agenda and that are permitted to be discussed in a session closed to the public pursuant to Section 239(2)((b)(d)(e) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001. S.25

That the Victoria Manor Committee of Management Meeting adjourn at 2:21 p.m.
