That Report KLMHC2023-019, Amendments to the Heritage Applications Policy , be received; That the proposed amendments Policy CP2021-040 as outlined in Appendix A of this report be endorsed; That the proposed amendments to By-law 2019-154 to modify the definition of “demolition” and associated procedures, as outlined in Appendix C of this report be endorsed; That the proposed amendments to By-law 2021-194 as outlined in Appendix D of this report be endorsed; That this recommendation be brought forward to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-021, Proposed Heritage Designation of 34 Lindsay Street South, Town of Lindsay , be received; That the designation of the property known municipally as 34 Lindsay Street South be endorsed; and That the recommendation to designate the subject property be forwarded to Council for approval.
