That the minutes of the Drainage Board meeting held on July 26, 2019, be adopted as circulated.

That the June 12, 2019 memorandum from Deputy Clerk J. Watts, regarding Drainage Board Code of Conduct and Waiver, be received.

That the update regarding the updated Terms of Reference, be received.

That Engineering and Corporate Assets staff prepare a roster of recommended drainage engineers, and present them for consideration at an upcoming Drainage Board meeting for future approval by Council resolution.

That the update regarding the roles and responsibilities of the Court of Revision, be received.

That Councillor Ashmore, J. Oriotis and C. Clarke be appointed as members of the Court of Revision until December 31, 2022; and That Councillor Veale, and M. Verbik be appointed as alternate members of the Court of Revision until December 31, 2022 to act in the place of a member who is unable to perform the duties.

That the update regarding 2018 Drain Maintenance, be received.

That the presentation by L. Feitler, regarding 2019 Current and Planned Drain Maintenance, be received.

That the update regarding the Waite Drain, be received.

That the update regarding the Webster Drain, be received.
