That Report KLMHC2025-003, Osprey Heritage Awards , be received; That the Committee host the Osprey Heritage Awards in 2025; and That a subcommittee be formed to assist with planning for the event.

That Report KLMHC2025-005, 2025 Workshop Planning , be received; and That ideas for 2025 workshops be provided to staff for planning.

That the Municipal Heritage Committee Meeting adjourn at 6:18 p.m.

That Report KLMHC2024-001, Heritage Planning Update, be received for information.

That Report KLMHC2025-002, 2024 Review and 2025 Work Plan, be received; and That the Committee’s 2025 work plan be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2025-003, Osprey Heritage Awards, be received; That the Committee host the Osprey Heritage Awards in 2025; and Kawartha Lakes Municipal Heritage Committee January 9, 2025 5 of 9 That a subcommittee be formed to assist with planning for the event.

That Report KLMHC2025-004, Municipal Heritage Committee Subcommittees, be received; and That the Outreach Subcommittee, the Designated Properties Subcommittee, and the Scugog River Subcommittee be reformed for 2025.

That Report KLMHC2025-006, Proposed Heritage Designation of 635 Drum Road, Geographic Township of Manvers, be received; That the designation of the property known municipally as 635 Drum Road be endorsed; and That the recommendation to designate the subject property be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2025-007, Heritage Designation Strategy Brainstorming, be received; and That staff bring back a summary of the brainstorming and discussion for next steps at a subsequent meeting.
