McDonald Resolved That Report VMC2023-10, "Directors Report", be received.

That Report VMC2023-09, “2024 Victoria Manor Capital Budget”, be received; and That the Committee of Management recommends to City Council the approval of the Victoria Manor 2024 Capital Budget, included in Table 1 Report VMC2023-09, “Victoria Manor 2024 Capital Budget”, in the amount of $118,000.

McDonald That the Victoria Manor Committee of Management convene into closed session in order to consider matters on the Monday, October 2, 2023 Closed Session Agenda and that are permitted to be discussed in a session closed to the public pursuant to Section 239(2)(insert applicable sections) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001. S.25

That Report VMC2023-08, 2024 Victoria Manor Operating Budget, be received, and; That the 2024 Operating Budget for Victoria Manor, as outlined in Table 1 in Report VMC2023-08, is recommended by the Victoria Manor Committee of Management for inclusion in the City's 2024 Operating Budget.

That the Victoria Manor Committee of Management Meeting adjourn at 11:20 a.m.

That the October 2, 2023 agenda be adopted as circulated.

That the minutes of the Victoria Manor Committee of Management meeting held on May 15, 2023, be adopted as circulated.
