O'Reilly That the Victoria Manor Committee of Management convene into closed session in order to consider matters on the Monday, September 19, 2022 Closed Session Agenda and that are permitted to be discussed in a session closed to the public pursuant to Section 239(2)(b)((d)(e)(g) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001. S.25

O'Reilly Report VMC2022-06 2023 Victoria Manor Operating Budget Resolved That Report VMC2022-06, 2023 Victoria Manor Operating Budget, be received, and; That the 2023 Operating Budget for Victoria Manor, as outlined in Attachment A to Report VMC2022-06, is recommended by the Victoria Manor Committee of Management for inclusion in the City's 2023 Operating Budget.

That the agenda be adopted as circulated.

That the Victoria Manor Operations Report to Committee of Management, July and August 2022, provided by Sienna Senior Living, be received for information.

Resolved That Report VMC2022-07, “2023 Victoria Manor Capital Budget”, be received; and That the Committee of Management recommends to City Council the approval of the Victoria Manor 2023 Capital Budget, included in Table 1 Report VMC2022- 07, “Victoria Manor 2023 Capital Budget”, in the amount of $155,000.
