That the agenda for the Wednesday, May 10, 2023 Planning Advisory Committee Meeting be adopted as circulated.

That Report PLAN2023-022, Amend The Township of Manvers Zoning By-law 87-06 at 114 Fleetwood Road , be received; That a Zoning By-law, respecting application D06-2023-007, substantially in the form attached as Appendix D to Report PLAN2023-022 be approved for adoption by Council; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute any documents and agreements required by the approval of this application.

That Report PLAN2023-024, former Township of Verulam Zoning By-law 6-87 at 173 Crane Bay Road , be received; That a Zoning By-law, respecting application D06-2023-005, substantially in the form attached as Appendix D to Report PLAN2023-024 be approved for adoption by Council; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute any documents and agreements required by the approval of this application.

That the deputation of Michael Testaguzza, regarding Report PLAN2023-026 (Item 6.1 on the agenda), be received.

That the Planning Advisory Committee Meeting adjourn at 1:48p.m.

That Report PLAN2023-026, Township of Ops Zoning By-law Amendment for 368-388 Angeline Street South, be received; That the proposed zoning by-law amendment (D06-2022-019), substantially in the form attached as Appendix D to Report PLAN2023-026, be adopted by Council; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute any documents required by the approval of this application.
