That Report KLMHC2023-061, Alteration Application – 6697 Highway 35, Geographic Township of Bexley (Coboconk) , be received; and That that the proposed alterations be approved.

That Report KLMHC2023-064, Listing of 75 Ridge Drive, Geographic Township of Bexley , be received; That the listing of the property on the City’s Heritage Register be endorsed; and That this recommendation be forwarded to Council for approval.

That the Municipal Heritage Committee Meeting adjourn at 6:22 p.m.

That the agenda be adopted as circulated.

That Report KLMHC2023-063, Building and Property Update, be received; and That the presentation from Building and Property staff be received for information.

That Report KLMHC2023-057, Heritage Planning Update, be received for information.

That Report KLMHC2023-59, Proposed Heritage Designation of 1473 Highway 7A, Geographic Township of Manvers, be received; That the designation of the properties known municipally as 1473 Highway 7A be endorsed; and That the recommendation to designate the subject property be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-060, Cultural Heritage Evaluation Report Review – 144 Ranchers Road, Geographic Township of Fenelon, be received; and That comments be forwarded to Planning staff through the Chair.

That Report KLMHC2023-062, Alteration Application – 2 Lindsay Street South, Lindsay, be received; and That that the proposed alterations be approved with the following conditions:  External illumination of the north wall sign, such as with gooseneck lighting; and  Clarification on the marquee and potential for advertisement and moving lettering in the signage.
