McDonald Resolved That the April 15, 2024 agenda be adopted as circulated

McDonald Resolved That Report VMC2024-04, “2024-25 Long-Term Care Staffing Increase Funding Announcement”, be received; and That Committee of Management approve the recommendation that staff review the funding impacts to the 2024 Victoria Manor operating budget and implement initiatives to fully utilize funds to support the province wide average of Direct Care targets per resident.

McDonald That the Victoria Manor Committee of Management convene into closed session in order to consider matters on the Monday, April 15, 2024 Closed Session Agenda and that are permitted to be discussed in a session closed to the public pursuant to Section 239(2)(b)(d)(e) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001. S.25

McDonald Resolved That the Victoria Manor Committee of Management Meeting adjourn at 2:09 p.m.

Resolved That the April 15, 2024 agenda be adopted as circulated.

Resolved That the minutes of the Victoria Manor Committee of Management meetings held on February 12 and March 21, 2024, be adopted as circulated.

Resolved That Report VMC2024-04, “2024-25 Long-Term Care Staffing Increase Funding Announcement”, be received; and That Committee of Management approve the recommendation that staff review the funding impacts to the 2024 Victoria Manor operating budget and implement initiatives to fully utilize funds to support the province wide average of Direct Care targets per resident.

Resolved That Report VMC2024-05, “Ontario Health 2023-24 One-time Funding Increase Memo”, be received; and That Committee of Management recommend receipt of these funds and sign- back of the attestation form for the 2023-24 Victoria Manor One-Time Increase to Long-Term Care Funding to Ontario Health, as per delegated authority by the Mayor and Clerk, on behalf of the City.

Resolved That Report VMC2024-06, “Directors Report”, be received.

That the Victoria Manor Committee of Management convene into closed session in order to consider matters on the Monday, April 15, 2024 Closed Session Agenda and that are permitted to be discussed in a session closed to the public pursuant to Section 239(2)(b)(d)(e)(g) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001. S.25

Resolved That the verbal year to date financial update provided by Michael Spray, be received for information.

Resolved That the Victoria Manor Committee of Management Meeting adjourn at 2:09 p.m.
