That Report KLMHC2023-065, Heritage Planning Update , be received for information.

That Report KLMHC2023-066, Proposed Heritage Designation of 1475 Highway 7A, Geographic Township of Manvers, be received; That the designation of the properties known municipally as 1475 Highway 7A be endorsed; and That the recommendation to designate the subject property be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-067, Proposed Heritage Designation of 1 King Street East, Village of Omemee, be received; That the designation of the properties known municipally as 1 King Street East be endorsed; and That the recommendation to designate the subject property be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-069, Proposed Heritage Designation of 35 Bolton Street, Village of Bobcaygeon, be received; That the designation of the property known municipally as 35 Bolton Street be endorsed; and That the recommendation to designate the subject property be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-070, Amendment to the Heritage Delegated Authority By-law , be received; That the proposed amendments to By-law 2019-154 to update the policies in relation to commercial signage, as outlined in Appendix A of this report be endorsed; and That this recommendation be brought forward to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-072, Objection to the Proposed Heritage Designation of 242 Kent Street West, Town of Lindsay , be received; That the objection not be supported and a by-law passed to designate the property; and That this recommendation be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-074, Objection to the Proposed Heritage Designation of 65 Sussex Street North, Town of Lindsay , be received; That the objection not be supported and a by-law passed to designate the property; and That this recommendation be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2023-075, Heritage Conservation District and Cultural Heritage Landscape Strategies , be received; That the proposed strategies be endorsed; and That this recommendation be forwarded to Council for approval.

That the minutes of the September 14, 2023 Scugog River Subcommittee meeting be received for information.
