That Report KLMHC2026-002, Young Canada Works Update Presentation, be received; That that the presentation from staff be received for information.

That Report KLMHC2026-001, Heritage Planning Update, be received for information.

That Report KLMHC2025-003, 2026 Work Plan, be received; and That the Committee’s 2026 work plan be forwarded to Council for approval.

That Report KLMHC2026-004, Doors Open 2026, be received; That the Committee participate in Doors Open 2026; That Doors Open be scheduled on September 13, 2026; That the following Committee members be identified as event leads:  I. McKechnie,  K. Virag-Cavangh; and  J. Hartman That staff bring forward a report at the February Committee meeting outlining a work plan and timeline for Doors Open planning.

That Report KLMHC2026-005, Heritage Designation Strategy, be received for information.

That Report KLMHC2026-006, 2026 Public Outreach, be received for information.

That Report KLMHC2026-007, Alteration Application – 130-132 William Street North, Lindsay, be received; and That the proposed alteration be approved.

That the Municipal Heritage Committee Meeting adjourn at 6:44 p.m.
