That Report JAC2026-01 “Gull River Affordable Housing Project Update”, be received; That Committee members support the staff recommendation to County of Haliburton Council seeking amended rent supplement support to annually subsidize up to 19 households at the Gull River affordable housing project, commencing within the 2027 operating budget; and That Committee support the Service Manager recommended occupancy model for the Gull River project with 19 of the 35 units being deeply affordable and the remaining 16 units be a mix of 7 affordable and 9 market rent units.
