that the Fenelon Landfill Public Review Committee endorse the implementation of a pilot mattress recycling program for the City of Kawartha Lakes to start June 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019; and That staff circulate the one year pilot recommendations to the committee for feedback and input in July 2019.
