that the Drainage Board receives the memorandum from the Supervisor of Technical Services- Engineering and Corporate Assets dated July 26, 2018, for information in response to the petition for drainage works by owners of: Concession 5 N ½, Lot 8 and Lot 9 W ½ Lot 10, Geographic Township of Eldon From: Ella Wechsel That the Drainage Board recommends to Council for consideration this petition for a Municipal Drain as prescribed under the Ontario Drainage Act; and That this petition is added to the current Webster petition

That the verbal update of M. Farquhar, regarding the Waite Drain Update, be received.

That the verbal update of Mike Farquhar, regarding the Drainage Issues Task Force Update, be received.

That the Drainage Board Meeting adjourn at 8:00p.m.
